Design-Build Project for Community Credit Union.
After the deadly April, 2011 tornadoes destroyed parts of Dekalb County, Alabama, many structures thought out the county were leveled including the CCU Rainsville Branch. GEC was chosen to head up the Design-Build Team, and to re-build the branch to better serve it’s members. The project consists of approximately 2500 sf. of total office space, three drive-thru lanes, a teller bay for five tellers, and state of the art security measures. The project construction cost was $298,000.00.
